Private conversations

You can bring whatever is actually up for you. It might be something very concrete, like a relationship, a decision, a pattern you keep repeating, or something that feels obviously painful or unresolved. Or it might be more subtle, like a feeling that something is off, or that some part of your life no longer fits, even if you can’t fully explain why yet.

The space I offer is pretty simple. We put everything on the table, look at it together and think about it out loud. We'll explore what the situation might be inviting you into, what you may not be seeing yet, and how you can learn and grow through your challenge.

My primary intention

Within all of this, my primary intention is to point you back to and help you trust what I know is already there: your own clarity, your power, your goodness, and your ability to know what is true for you.

How I Work

Sinja smiling warmly

Honest · intuitive · grounded

I don't work from a fixed program or take everyone through the same process. My work is fueled by genuine curiosity and interest in you. I'll meet you without any preconceived notions about what's best for you. I approach these conversations intuitively, backed by 10+ years of studying and applying teachings on emotional intelligence, conscious relating, and Self-realization, as well as guiding many clients and friends through their processes.

Sometimes the conversation is practical. We may look at what you want, what you are avoiding, what needs to be communicated, or what your next step could be.

At other times, we ask subtler questions: What are you believing about yourself here? Which identity are you trying to protect? And who are you without that story?

My approach is grounded in years of immersion in Self-realization teachings. For me, this does not mean ignoring ordinary human life or trying to bypass difficult emotions. It means that a relationship, conflict, fear, or transition can be looked at on more than one level. We can look directly at the circumstances and what they require from you. And we can also question the conditioning, roles, and identities through which you are experiencing them.

You may arrive wanting clarity about a particular situation and find that the conversation also points beyond the person you have assumed yourself to be. I don't expect you to use particular spiritual language or subscribe to a set of beliefs. We work with what is relevant for you and we'll keep our conversation down to earth and applicable.

About me

What lights me up is seeing people connect to their innate wholeness, beauty, and genius. I love having the types of conversations that help them do that.

I have a history of strong self-doubt and self-judgment. I know what it’s like when fear and a negative self-image get in the way of seeing and acting from love, clarity, and holistic confidence. And I know what it’s like to seek relief from these self-loathing perspectives by trying to get love and approval from others, working hard, trying to fix myself, or avoiding meeting my fears altogether by staying passive. And I also know that none of these strategies work sustainably.

Over the years, I found that the sense of wholeness I was seeking was just waiting to be recognized as already here. Wholeness is what we already are at our core. There is just many convincing assumptions and fears layered on top of that innate perfection. Love, ease, joy, freedom, and clarity are natural qualities of who we are, no matter what we’re experiencing on the surface.

The more we recognize and trust that we're innately complete and all is well, no matter the thoughts, feelings and experiences on the surface, the easier it becomes to navigate challenges and lessons with grace and confidence. And from this trust, anything that comes up can be looked at honestly and vulnerably without needing to make it look better than it is. Healing and resolution result naturally from letting things be exactly as they are, while knowing we’re bigger than them.

I approach my own challenges, as well as my conversations with others from that perspective: Nothing is wrong, we can talk about anything, you are inherently good and capable, and the fulfillment as well as the solutions you’re seeking are already within you.

Who I work best with

I enjoy working with people who are willing to take responsibility for themselves and their own growth. People who value the truth more than their own comfort. People who are willing to look in the places they'd rather avoid, question their own assumptions, and do something with what they discover.

This is probably not the right fit if you are looking for a fixed formula, or someone to tell you exactly how to live. It may be a good fit if you want someone who will meet you openly, see you for the whole and capable being that you already are, explore whatever is alive for you without judgments or assumptions, and help you connect to your own innate wisdom and clarity.

An online conversation between Sinja and Rosa

What people say

Conversations with Sinja don’t necessarily change the situation — but they change the way I see it.

Ann-Caroline

She always meets me with a warmth and openness that feels like a verbal embrace. At the same time, she asks exactly the questions that help me look beyond my fears, doubts, and wounds, and recognize the potential within them. She doesn’t help me avoid difficult topics, but lovingly accompanies me right to the places where growth and freedom are waiting.

Especially during challenges in my international romantic relationship, she has been an incredibly valuable companion. After every conversation, I feel more peaceful, clearer, and more connected to myself. One of her greatest gifts is helping people see their own truth again, rather than giving them ready-made answers.

Today, in difficult moments, I ask myself: “How can I expand my perspective?” To me, this question is the greatest proof of how lasting her guidance is.

What I love about my conversations with Sinja is how easy it feels to share vulnerably. She listens attentively and helps me navigate toward seeing the potential in things—recognizing where something is perfect for me—and softening or releasing any self-judgment. She’s a true friend who invests and stays present even when things get uncomfortable. She embodies the quality of alchemizing difficulty into opportunity.

Rosa

Sinja offers a very sweet and loving space where it feels like everything is welcomed with love. She makes it easy to share even uncomfortable or deeply intimate things. It feels profoundly supportive to have access to such a welcoming space where things can come to the surface very safely and thus be quite easily transmuted in love.
